Reporting a Bug or Tool Issue

If you encounter an issue or error while using any of our tools, please include the following details in your email so we can reproduce and fix it quickly:

• The name of the tool (e.g. PDF Compressor, Resume Builder)
• Your operating system (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux)
• Your web browser and version (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
• A brief description of what happened and any error message displayed

We review reports as capacity allows. A clear description makes it easier to reproduce the issue.
